Snow guaranteed

Silvretta Montafon is one of the most snow-sure ski regions in Austria. The ski lifts open at the beginning of December and remain open until Easter. The ski area with over 200 kilometres of piste starts at 5 minutes walking distance from Appart Laijola. Gaschurn offers access to dozens of pistes, for anyone from beginners to advanced skiers, and to a great number of ski routes.

NEW swimming pool

Our heated outdoor pool has been completely renovated. A practical cover that can be easily opened and closed. This keeps the water at the right temperature for longer and is safer for small children. In addition, the chlorine has been replaced with salt, which makes the water more pleasant to swim in.

Appart Laijola is going to build 3 new luxury apartments in our complex in Gaschurn. In the meantime, 1 apartment has already been sold and the completion of all homes is planned for mid-December 2019. We are in Vorarlberg within walking distance of the lift in the large snow-sure ski area Silvretta-Montafon. In the summer, the Montafon is a beautiful area for mountain walks or mountain bike tours and you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Laijola is the best place to enjoy your (active) holiday in Vorarlberg, in summer or winter. Many families and groups have preceded you. In the snow and in summertime in our heated swimming pool; the mountains around Gaschurn offer many activities. They gladly share their experiences with us via YouTube and Facebook. Valley run to Gaschurn

Since December 2020, the descent to Gaschurn has been completed. It is now possible to ski from Nova Stoba to Gaschurn in one run. An altitude difference of more than 1000 m and a descent of 7.5 km ! That also means that Appart Laijola can offer practically ski-in / ski-out.
